My father was a photojournalist and we traveled to many countries. When I was 12, he gave me his old 35mm camera. It was so heavy! I took it everywhere and he taught me to develop film and make prints. I spent hours in our darkroom, until the chemicals stained my fingers. I loved to watch an image appear right before my eyes.
I liked photographing people the most, especially my little sister. She loved to dress up and pose for me. I also experimented with self-portraits, which I still take when I don’t have a model handy.
I found that Europeans had a much healthier attitude toward naked bodies and sex than Americans did. Our family frequented naturist resorts, so I was very comfortable with nudity. All activities, day and night were in the nude. I won a girl’s beauty contest when I was 11. They gave me roses and a tiara. I was thrilled!
I developed an appreciation for the human body, both female and male. I could find an interesting feature on anyone. That’s probably why I started shooting close-ups.

I take both color and black & white photos of women and sometimes with their boyfriends. I only photograph all-natural women. I think fake breasts are sad. And I prefer to shoot women with natural bushes, like me ☺. It is so pretty, soft and feminine.
